We wanted to create a restaurant where traditional recipes could be enjoyed alongside the warmth and hospitality that are at the heart of Middle Eastern culture. From the moment you walk through our doors, our aim is to make you feel welcome, relaxed and ready to enjoy something special. We carefully select fresh, quality ingredients and prepare our food with great attention to detail. Many of our dishes are made using traditional methods and recipes, while our charcoal grill gives our meats and kebabs their distinctive smoky flavour. We are constantly learning, improving and developing our menu while staying true to the flavours and traditions that inspired us. The name Gandom, meaning wheat in Persian, represents something simple but important: food, nourishment and bringing people together. Just as wheat has been an important part of Middle Eastern culture for centuries, food has always played a central role in bringing families and communities together.
